Yes! Our girls are all at different levels of experience – We provide detailed training plans and members-only exercise demonstration videos so you will know exactly what to do as we help you to build your confidence in the gym.
Yes! We train competitors and non-competitors. If your goal is to complete we need you on board ASAP to build that stage ready package. You will also have the guidance of 2 experienced competitors and judges, as well as our awesome team behind you!
Yes. We provide home and gym based programmes tailored to suit your individual goals. All home based workouts can be done using simple, easy to find equipment.
Yes. Our plans are designed to be flexible and include options which are suitable for both vegetarian and vegan diets!
Yes! Our ladies are all busy with work, families, studying etc. – We will work with you to ensure the plan fits your lifestyle, we just need you to prioritise yourself and your goals!
Yes. Simply use the substitution list to swap out the foods which you are allergic to.
Use the online payment system to purchase the package that best fits your goals and we will follow up with registration forms to get you started. If you sign up to our full monthly coaching package, payments will be set up on a recurring monthly basis unless you choose not to continue. One-off plans are a single payment.
